The window

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with seals intact.
• Include your order number or purchase receipt.
• Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Personalised or engraved products are not returnable.

How it works

Contact us through the contact page or by email with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send return instructions. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and we'll resolve it at our cost.
